Kitten the painter:
An Artist is a painter..
Whose paintings are of
different worlds..
Fairies.. princesses.. nature..
Pretty seen rather than told..
It can be anything beautiful..
Captured within the painting's boards..
When a picture is all
its worth..
Who needs a thousand
words..!
Taintlessness the poet:
You say a picture is worth a thousand words,
But A poet succeeds where a painter is declined.
A Poet could describe the singing of the birds,
A poet moves the hearts of the deaf and blind.
A painter truly traces a beautiful sight,
Portraying nature as you might impart.
But sadly it cannot fully shed some light,
Of what is beneath the surface and what lies at heart.
Kitten the painter:
That's when you should look beyond what you see..
To explore the beauty of what's hidden..
A million thoughts and meanings..
Portrayed through the paint than written..
Taintlessness the poet:
But, Remember how they both enriched the lives of mankind,
How they portrayed history in a way that has redefined,
The hearts and minds of men and women, and let me remind,
That a poet’s and a painter’s fates are intertwined.
Kitten the painter:
So after all with you, my friend, I shall agree..
Painters and poets both can amaze and inspire..
With their works through cultures and history..
Masterpieces of feelings, emotions and desire..
Taintlessness the poet:
With our
paintings and poetry,
Our stars would sparkle and dazzle for eternity.
A proof of our existence in the aging book of history,
But would we live to see the flame,
or would it be a
mystery.
