Tuna Loaf

~Hot and tasty~

 

Ingredients

1 Packet of mushroom soup
1 Cup water
2 Cups canned tuna
3 Egg yolks
1 Cup dry breadcrumbs
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (more if u were a lemony person like moi)
3 Egg whites
Salt and Pepper

 

Method

©Turn the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius...and well grease a loaf tin.

©Mix Soup and water in pan and bring to boil, Stirring.

©Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork.

 ©Put tuna in a mixing bowl, then stir in the soup. 

©stir in egg yolks, crumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice, 

salt + pepper and mix them well.

©In another bowl beat the egg whites till they become stiff, 

add them to the mixture.

©Spread it evenly in the tin and bake for 45 mins or until you see it ready.

©Turn out onto a plate...cut into slices and serve it with lemon wedges! *Yummy*
