Cheese Balls

(Step-by-Step)

with BEMAD

~When one is never enough..;)~

 

To make this possible, you need:

4 cups white flour
4 eggs
10 table spoons powder milk (Nido)
1/2 cup sugar
1 table spoon baking powder
1 teaspoon yeast
6 cubes butter
Kiri Cheese
Grounded pistachios
Honey or Syrup
Water (for kneading the dough)

 

Method

 

First make sure you have all your ingredients..

 

Sift the flour into a bowl..

 

Add the eggs, milk, sugar, baking powder, yeast and butter into the flour..

 

Mix together until well-combined.. and leave aside for an hour to rise..

 

When the dough is ready.. divide into small portions, put cheese in the middle

and roll into small balls..

 

After that, fry the balls into deep oil until golden brown..

 

Top the cooked cheese balls with honey or syrup then sprinkle the pistachio on top..

 

Serve and enjoy.. ;)
