Cake

~Smell
& taste the real coffee in this amazing cake~
Ingredients
1
& 1/4 cups flour
1
cup butter
1
cup sugar
3
eggs
1/2tsp
yeast
1/2tsp
cinnamon
3
tablespoons instant coffee (e.g. Taster's Choice)
Method
©Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease
& flour a loaf pan
©Stir
eggs, sugar, coffee, yeast & cinnamon until well blended.
©Melt
butter & then add it to the mixture (this will help melt the
coffee).
©Finally,
add the flour & mix well.
©Pour
the batter into the pan & bake for about 40 mins.
Cover it
with aluminum foil for the first 20 mins,
then leave
uncovered for the rest of the time.
©Spread batter in a well greased 8" x 8" square baking pan.
©Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 min.
©Removing from
oven & let cool before cutting.

to be eaten with ice-cream!*
