Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

~For all that creamy, chocolaty flavor~

 

Serves a gang of friends *hehe*

 

Ingredients

Base

16 pieces of crushed digestive biscuits

6 large spoons of drinking chocolate powder

2 tablespoons of shredded coconut

1 tin of Nestle's Condensed milk

 

Filling

2 sachets of "Dream Whip" whipped cream powder

8 pieces of "Kiri" cheese

2 cans of Nestle cream

1/2 squeezed lemon

1/2 cup of fresh milk

 

Topping

Shredded chocolate flake

 

Method

©Combine the crushed biscuit, chocolate powder, coconut

& condensed milk together until it forms into a sticky paste.

©Put in the refrigerator for about 20 mins

©In a separate bowl, mix the Dream Whip, Nestle cream, milk

lemon & cheese and beat together until rich and creamy.

©Take the refrigerated base paste (which by now should be firm)

and press into a round baking pan or glass tray.

Make sure to press the paste onto the sides, too.

©Pour in the creamy filling, and then put back into fridge 

for about one more hour.

©Take out and top with shredded chocolate Flake.
