Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

large spoons of drinking chocolate powder
tablespoons of shredded coconut
tin of Nestle's Condensed milk
sachets of "Dream Whip" whipped cream powder
pieces of "Kiri" cheese
cans of Nestle cream
cup of fresh milk
the crushed biscuit, chocolate powder, coconut
& condensed milk
together until it forms into a sticky paste.
in the refrigerator for about 20 mins
a separate bowl, mix the Dream Whip, Nestle cream, milk
lemon & cheese and beat
together until rich and creamy.
the refrigerated base paste (which by now should be firm)
and press into a round
baking pan or glass tray.
Make sure to press the paste
onto the sides, too.
in the creamy filling, and then put back into fridge
for about one
