Apple Pudding

~Creamy Apples~

 

Ingredients

5 Green Apples
1/2 Cup Caster sugar
1 Teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 Tablespoon water
50 Grams Butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

 

Method

©Turn oven to 180 Degrees Celcius and grease a baking dish. 

©Peel, core and slice apples and put them in the baking dish.

©Stir in caster sugar + lemon rind and add the water.

 ©Beat the butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, and the eggs until smooth.

©Stir in the flour and the baking powder. Mix well.

©Carefully spread it on top of the apples.

©Bake it until golden.

©Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
   

*tip: you might want to add more lemon too because it always fits well with apple puddings and pies!
