[craving: a safe journey]

~ Wasn't it just a few years when "internet" did not exist in our lives? Few more years since we even had the Satellite dish, computers, DVD players, mobile phones, CD players and many.. many other things.. I, and many people of my generation, actually lived the period of time when these things did not exist yet (for the general public at least).. Its amazing how I can imagine my children in the future saying: "You actually survived your life without all these things? Man.. you are ancient!" 

Maybe some of you did not notice but time is whizzing by, things change around us very quickly.. we don't notice.. Development, globalization, technological advances.. all rotating around us.. moving into our lives in high speed.. effecting the way we live, changing routine, our way of life.. It's a little scary thinking about it though.. Ofcourse we should take advantage of such things, "walk with the flow" as they say.. but we should never forget who we are.. our history.. our culture.. our identity.. no matter how tempting things get around us.. it shouldn't erase our identity, but infact enhance it.. because the real treasure amongst all this, will be our real selves..

Talking about new things.. Bnafsaj is back with an impressive website.. Highly recommended.. :)

Its that time of the year again.. and yes, I will have to be gone for a while.. I will miss everyone.. especially those artists who were talented enough to draw a smile on my face.. each in their own unique way.. ;) I will truly miss you..

~ I noticed that some people nowadays do not only travel to a new and different place.. but their whole identity transforms into a completely different one.. They forget all that "tradition and culture".. leaving it all back home.. and suddenly they seem to be ok and so free with everything around them.. Its their chance.. this short period of time to do whatever they didn't do back home, after all.. they are elsewhere.. who is watching? Even so, you barely can recognize them in their new masks..

Perhaps I was too harsh.. after all.. maybe they just forgot to pack their "beliefs & cultural identity"..?

Sometimes, you think you are alone and no one is watching.. but you may be surprised who is around.. setting their gaze on you..

Still so sure no one is around..? Think again.. for He is up there.. watching you.. all the time..

~My contact page is misbehaving.. the form isn't working the way it should! A lot of people emailed me using the form.. I get their messages but for my own torture.. it wouldn't show me who the sender is.. or their email for me to reply!! :*( 
I am trying to fix the problem, but for those who sent me emails using the form.. can you please re-send them again with your email and name included within the message itself?? :*D ~sniff..

No I am not ignoring your questions, nor not wanting to reply.. 

This won't last forever, the problem will be fixed *inshallah*..

I am not trying to depress anyone here.. but I just want to remind you of it, since most people seem to forget or ignore.. because after all.. that is the reality we have to face, whether we want to or not..

You still have time to change.. but you don't have forever..
