Stressful studies.. Hectic work.. VVVIP-full companions & dining.. Super tight deadlines.. One of my laptops crashing.. *sniff*.. RAAAIN in AD *mabrook 3alaikom elra7ma!*.. BABY Rowdha visiting me in the office *fedaaaaaaaaait hal wayh.. goolow mashallah!!*.. Babes, Jewelz & Mannoor coming to my rescue.. aaand ending a super long Leadership Summit Day with three of my fav office people dinnering & chocolate fountaining.. *slurrrp*
That - more or less - sums what I have been up to in a nutshell.. =)

Great news to all you ladies interested in expanding your cooking horizons.. Falcon College of Hotel Management & Tourism in Abu Dhabi is offering special "International Cuisine" classes.. very interesting.. I would personally join if I had the time (& if I wasn't already involved in one of the biggest projects I've ever handled! *gulp*)

Anyway, here are some of the nitty gritty details:

"Due to high demand Falcon College is offereing International Cuisine classes that are designed for women . You will be taught how to make sushi , pasta dough making , pastries , salads, soups , main course etc.This course will start on December 3 2006. The course objective is to give the participants a hands on experience by an Internationally trained culinary chef with many years of experience in the industry.By the end , participants will recieve a certificate of completing the course.

Venue : Falcon College of Hotel Managment and Tourisim in Abu-Dhabi Dates of practical work : December 3 ,4, 5 ,10,11,12 ( 13th will be an evaluation session for the participants)

Timings : 5pm-8pmFees : AED 2,000 ( the prices gets lower with a bigger number of students)

During Eid, my beautiful cat MidNite gave us the cutest "3eedeeya" ever.. Five adorable, cute kittens!

For once, I just want to wake up one day.. have absolutely NOTHING to do.. & just spend the day feeling bored.. (~_~).. *Yes.. you do get tired of having plans every-single-day!*
