[mood: My yummy pesto pizzas]
[craving: my new room..]

Since we are all hungry & its Ramadan, I just thought it would be ideal to share some more tempting dishes for some ftoor ideas.. =) This is a recipe for the easiest, yummiest, healthiest (well ok not healthiest.. but quite healthy) pizza.. I call it Pesto Pizza.. now listen carefully:

All you need is:
- Some broccolli
- Chopped black olives
- Parmesan cheese
- Feta cheese
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Pesto sauce
- Ready made puff pastry

First bring out the defrosted puff pastry dough & roll it out.. make sure you flour the place so you don't end up with sticky dough all over..

Roll out the dough evenly till its well spread..

Bring a round pastry cutter & start cutting out the dough & placing it an a buttered baking tray..

Next bring up the Pesto sauce.. (found in all major supermarkets in sauce sections)

Spread the pesto sauce evenly on the round dough on the tray..

Chop the broccolli into small pieces & boil till half cooked

Place the broccolli on the mini pizzas

Get the sun-dried tomatoes & chop them into small pieces..

Top the pizzas with the sun-dried tomatoes & chopped feta cheese pieces..

Next top the pizzas with chopped black olives..

Next, bring some finely grated parmesan cheese to top the pizzas with..

Now the pizzas are ready to pop into the oven..

Bake in the oven for about 15 mins or until the pastry puffs..

Enjoy the aaah~mazing pizzas.. one will never be enough!

[Final whisper: Special thanks goes to Armani.Lab & *Nothing* for the extra help! ;)]

[mood: Hungry]
[craving: Abu Dhabiiiii <3]

Yup its true, Flickr is back! Now let's see how long its gonna take till the part of the Emaraty invasion starts to misuse this website.. =/
Anyway, lets hope to see some real talents and fresh photography from you guys.. =) Happy flickr~ing! ;)
One of the best ways to beat the hunger during Ramadan, is to head to the kitchen & start cooking!! lol It's true! Once you start cooking, you feel so satisfied, you forget you were hungry in the first place!
That's what I did yesterday, especially to initiate my annual dish-swapping Ramadan project.. lol
I also decided to start the spirit of cooking and took step-by-step photos of a recipe already shared in my Hungry section.. *suuuuper easy & highly recommended!* Enjoy:

Get some onions, chop them into small pieces, & frrrry..

Get some green, yellow and orange capsicums, chop them into small pieces, and add to the onions.. & frrrry..

Get a Maggi Chicken Stock cube & add to the vegetables..

Next add salt & pepper.. & stirrr together with the vegetables..

Next add some "Sommaq".. I have no idea what is the proper name (nor what it is called in English)! lool

Boil some chicken sausages & chop them into small pieces then add them to the vegetables..

Next add some chopped parsley (Baqdones)..

Mix all together, turn off the fire & leave to cool for around 10 mins..

In the mean time, get some burger buns..

Cut each bun into half, cut a little from the bottom (so it can stand properly), and empty the insides like shown in the picture.. Do that with the rest of the buns..

After you are done with cutting the buns, go back to your cooled mixture, add 3 big spoons of mayonaise..

Mix the mayo in with the vegetables & sausages until well combined..

Stuff each bun with the mixture and line them next to each other in a baking tray..

Top with mozzerrella cheese and put into the oven to bake until the cheese is melted..

Take out from the oven & enjoy!! *Don't burn the cheese like I did!* lol..

This recipe is dedicated to Labwa..
Saj & Armani.Lab.. hope you enjoyed the sandwiches! ;)
I have received more Ramadan schedules but didn't get time to post them yet.. Thanks Hajes, Alia and Karroozi! ;)
