The result of the last shot of my previous entry.. though didn't turn as *wow* as I expected.. but the process was quite fun.. especially when I'm photoshooting with my favorite bro.. =)

Last week was one of the busiest, yet funnest weeks I've had this year.. from launching a project in AD to preparing for a conference in Dubai aaand attending exhibitions *waves to my Dubai friends*.. then flying back to AD for a final exam *barf* then going back to Dubai for a fun-filled end of the week with my fav people.. *waves to them too*
Flashy neon orange highlights of my week:- I love him.. I just looooove my dad more than ever.. he's just the best! *fa3a99ing him*- Finally meeting Karroozi! *applause* You are even sweeter than I ever imagined! Thanks for the lovely "My Dubai" freebies.. ;) *squeezes the Dubai heart*- Surprising A.. I can't believe you didn't recognize me! hahaha =P- Stalking friends with NifNafa.. lol You're funnier than ever.. we must do it again! (Getting together that is.. not the stalking part) =P hehe- Putting up our puzzeling corporate stand with the help of PinkSushi.. who got stabbed in the eyelids while we're at it! *Ouchiez.. hands you a pink pirate eye patch* (O_x)- Bullying Delicious Poison.. hehe I missed ya gurl.. ;)- Receiving my 4 packages from online shopping during class *shhh*- WildWadi baby! *Woo-hooo*- Two unforgettable days of M&Ms, Samsoomah, Leo, MissArmani, MedGirl.. *groooup hug*- Galler goodies & the best chocolate brownies ON EARTH from Sno.. You always.. ALWAYS.. never fail to boost my self-esteem & spread your positive vibes.. I am happy to have you in my life.. =)- My walk-in closet is starting to look reeeal good.. =D- & finally.. Don't you get bugged at this sight?

My friend and I had to go grocery shopping, and found these men standing by the magazine isles.. not flicking.. but viciously shuffling the mags to shreds for a sight of any female's bare skin or in lingerie.. It was so disgusting.. We were so annoyed as we were watching them & oh so very changed our minds in getting this months issues.. especially after being held by all those pervs.. I don't know why shops don't do anything more than that useless "No Reading" signs.. =/

Today I have been crowned as "Krispy Kween"..

What better way to have your long, hectic day brightened with boxes of the infamous Krispy Kreme doughnuts delievered right to my desk! Ofcourse I had to fight the hungry demons at work but ended sharing some with a few 'chosen' colleagues.. loool
I can't understand why they don't open a branch here.. but then again, not having it around as much make it even more desirable.. mmmmmm.. =P

My little niece has been trying so hard in the past few weeks into convincing me into getting her a cat, especially when both her parents aaand her grandparents are against it because of her allergy and her little brothers' asthma.. Although I can't really do much about it, but watching the daily.. yes daaaily little efforts of home-made presents (plastic jars with artwork stuck around), drawings, paintings and decorated old shoe boxes with letters from her asking me to please pleaaaase get her a cat is really touching.. and heartbreaking!

No matter how many times I try to explain to her, she still insists more than ever.. & continue with her cute attempts to 'bribe' me.. I'm growing weak *arrgh*.. Anyone with a suggestion to help me with this situation is warrrrrmly welcomed!

Every get that deep happy feeling within you when you try something new & exciting for the first time in your life? *biG Grin*

Meet the 1st fish I've ever caught in my life.. & yeah.. fishing was such an exciting experience!! Especially with the fantastic weather, the fun-nest friends & your favorite music tracks playing in the background.. =D

For those of you heading to the cinema this weekend, I *super duper highly* recommend Failure to Launch movie! Noo.. not just because of the "wow" SJP acting in it.. & noooh.. not for the fact that you would look forward to every "bite" Matthew would get! *loool* but also because its one of those movies that make you feel awww-so-good once you're done watching it!! =D
Also recommended (recommended to take kids like nephews or nieces to drag with you as an excuse lol) to watch Ice Age II.. my favorite are the 'three' possums that made me crack up all through the show! =P

I've been itching so bad just to update, but have been put off with alot of things that kept popping up every now and then.. Another reason for my late update is because of the 'lengthy' interview The Mirage has talked me into doing.. I did skip alot of questions that I didn't wish to answer.. here are the ones that made it through! lol

Kitten & umm.. Kitten! lol my one and only nickname.. =P
2. What’s the first thing you say to yourself when you wake up in the morning? (…still in bed)
“I sooo want to take the day off today & sleep some more!” *Snooze for 10 more mins..*

The 1st one back in 2000..
4. What part of your life does your website occupy?
Lets just say.. Its part of who I am.. even though I don’t update much, but I still check it daily myself.. & it’s one of the places where I express myself to the world..
5. Do you keep an offline diary too?
Yes.. along with daily evidences stuck to its pages like movie tickets, daily souvenirs & lil notes.. =)
6. What’s the first thing you do when you visit your web home?
Check for comments! ~duh! lol
7. What do you think when you see replies in your comment box?
“Yaaaay.. I got comments!” <---exactly that! lol

I really look out for any comment from anyone.. especially from those who actually read what I write & specifically can relate to it.. <--- that adds up to my joy even more! =)

It totally depends on my mood.. but mostly I find myself super craving an update in the most awkwardest times.. (Before I go to work & I’m running late, or when I have tons of things to do but all I can think of is updating.. lol)

A place where I speak my mind & share some daily shots..
11. What mostly influences you to write?
Any issue I feel strongly about.. & sometimes topics that I really want to raise awareness for all people.. Sometimes it can be just pure boredom..

Ofcourse.. I can accept it, but not necessarily always act upon it.. criticism sometimes can shape who we later become..
13. Why did you pick these colors for your layout?
I dunno.. I just wanted it to be different than the regular black background that a lot of websites have been using.. I also like blue.. with splashes of color here and there.. It's ironic coz I don’t really like white.. but I guess it looks ok.. (& just incase you're wondering.. no I am not considering changing my layout.. yet!)
14. Did you design it by yourself? If someone helped, who? (give them credit lol)
I designed it myself.. yet I did have some technical help from the 1st person who fully supported my website: Ahmad of DubaiArt.com =) *waves*
15. What is it about photography that you like the most?
I just love how you can capture the beauty of something you see in your own way, and be able to show it to the whole world.. Photography is my endless passion because as an expressive person, I realized I can sum up my thousand words into one photo! ;) *Ain't it just a great deal?!*
16. What do you mostly like taking photos of?
Things & places people take for granted (they pass by them everyday, but don’t realize that they can be beautiful) I also love taking photos from different & unusual perspectives.. & make people think more about them..

I’d say.. “Naah.. I like mine with milk & sugar” =P*seriously.. this is one wierd question!* =/

A hippie typing that article? lol Ok no, I would visualize MOSCHINO! Ok this may sound funny, crazy & completely senseless.. but these 3 words together shape a yellow smily face, a peace sign & a heart= MOSCHINO.. =P

20. Have you ever undergone surgery (any type not implying to plastic lol)? How did you feel before it and after it?
Errr.. I had my tonsils completely removed when I was a kid.. I guess it affected my voice and made it more distinguished.. I also got my wisdom teeth surgically removed from inside my gum *imagine stitches inside your mouth & a swollen face for a whole week* X_x
21. Are you prone to narcissism? Are you scared of reaching to that point?
Nari.. wat?? lol English plz.. No really.. I am mostly down to earth.. I also think there is a fine line between narcissism and self-confidence.. Only a few people can pull that off..

It’s one of the strongest things I believe in.. it's meant to be and happens for a reason..

Yes and only during boring lectures and long meetings when I am not talking.. I tend to phase out mentally and take a trip into dreamville.. lol

Besides the basic human must-dos (eat, pray…ect), Check my emails, (v) sms & have a long chat about daily stuff with my dad or mum.. =)

I never smoked and NEVER EVER want to smoke, another thing is I laughed underwater while scuba diving & ended up swallowing water and suffocating.. I don’t want to ever do that again!! (Laugh underwater)

Hmm I'm taking a guess here, but I think my talent is the ability to be creative, in solving problems or getting things done, and my motivation lies in focusing on my goal, and convince myself how 'easy' it is to accomplish rather than thinking otherwise.
