Ever heard this saying before? The Elephant in the Room..
“An important and obvious topic, which everyone present is aware of, but which isn’t discussed, as such discussion is considered to be uncomfortable.”
What do you do when you find a BIG elephant in the room.. & everyone around you seems to not see it? I think maybe its partly that they don’t want to take responsibility for dealing with it..
To them its also easier not to acknowledge & just be ‘blonde’ about it.. pretending they never noticed..
I tried to point it out.. to some people & talk about it.. but suddenly they seem to get amnesia & suddenly we’re back to square one..
At the end of the day, I say just shoot the damn thing & shove it out.. after all, the room is already crowded.

sometimes, having the elephant in the room is annoying but speaking about it more annoying and could cause a headache,,, so it’s better living with the elephant rather than living with no one..
however; the problem would be if the room became a ZOO !! where you can’t ignore it anymore specially if it goes against your principals and ethics…

Hmmm how about that if there is an elephant in the room between me and my husband i make sure i mention it lol well that trigers the start of the war however after that its all clear the sun comes back and birds are singing again without an elephant in the room.. so you need to mention the elephant sometimes or you will end up with soooo many elephants in the room lol
