F1 Festival
[mood: Satisfied]
[craving: April 14th]
Last Saturday, Abu Dhabi’s streets screached with the World’s fastest cars in the 1st ever F1 Festival.. It was amazing, with 1000s of people to watch, the hottest cars whizzing by, jets and dhows around and the cherry on top: The UAE Team attending the event! =D
I’ll leave ya with the pics.. 
One thing I didn’t know before was that countries are only allowed to participate in the Formula 1 races ONLY if they built their own F1 Car!! That is what makes this race special.. =)
Now I can’t wait to see the Grand Prix Stadium to be opened in 2009 in Abu Dhabi! =D

looks like AD was the place to be on that day…and they brought the F1 circus to town! i think the saadiyat island will be transformed soon.
