Throughout our lives, we face change. Be it around us, of us, or of people we know.. whether negative or positive or just moving into something different.. it is there.. it happens.. & it’s a reality we can’t deny.. The question is: How do we deal with it? Well obviously, if its positive, we embrace it happily & enthusiastically.. But how do we react with negative change? Based on personal experience, I do tend to live in denial for a while, but soon enough I manage to move on & never looking back.. How do you react?
