I’ve come this far in my life, & one lesson that solidly got stuck in my mind: DON’T let people’s horror warnings about a new experience terrify your heart out until you look at it from ALL it’s perspectives & try it yourself!
Don’t let the negativity grow & take over.. The mistake I did was just look at it from the negative side, forgetting everything else.. & ended up doubting myself for many sleepless nights.. The situation is worse if it was something unescapable.. because with that attitude, you would feel that you are doomed!
What to do instead? Look at the positive side: “If they did it, then you can too!”, focus on the end result & never underestimate yourself..! You will be surprised! Not to mention, having a positive attitude can push you to achieve, & motivate you to continue.. =)

Now: I’m in my happiest periods ever! *el7amdella* What freaked me out to insomnia was soon all settled, running smoothly & it didn’t turn out as extremely horrifying after all! (Thank you David.. *rolls eyes*) And NO *screaming NO*, I don’t need to sacrifice my social life.. Infact, I’m in a different level, & things got enhanced: going up my educational path, acquiring cool licenses (scuba baby!), meeting interesting people, making new friends, planning an exciting holiday in the awkwardest timings & certainingly, having a new perspective of looking at things!
It’s only the beginning I know, but at least its a happy one for the time ahead of me.. *inshallah* =)Also.. Big, Sweet-scented Thank you to every single person who supported me.. it did mean alot to me.. *hugs*




I need to do some serious shopping.. soon! (>_<") Dubai.. I will come getcha soon! *grrr*

Yesterday: Abu Dhabi had one of the foggiest days ever.. & the weather is getting cooler *mashallah* ..the tax of it: I just caught a cold! *sneezing* (any quick-healing remedy suggestions?)

[craving: A holiday]

Just when I thought it was over.. it comes back & haunts me again! Sight of open books, writing notes, scattered paper, highlighters, hours of typing on the laptop & more hours trying to escape daydreaming, checking email, chatting or even watching tv.. It’s back, & coming back harder than ever, more concentrated & waaay more serious! I really underestimated the whole situation- being the nerd that I am – especially after finding out the pre-class assignments, watching that horror course DVD & trying to digest the chinesy text assigned to us.. I am already having second thoughts, and wondering if I ever made the right decision! I doubt I would be able to balance my time & efforts with my already hectic schedule at work, I already know that I should kiss my social life goodbye & tuck it in a box for a looong time especially that I never like to settle with average outcomes.. Everything to me must be glittering, outstandingly successful no matter what it takes! *gulp*
I am seriously freaking out for the first time in my life.. =/


On the bright side, nothing makes my day than an unexpected surprise.. *thanks Samsoomty* =)

Every once in a while, someone around you does something sweet for you, and you end up thinking how thoughtful they are, thank them and smile about it.. and so its a nice feeling to have every now and then.. But in the other hand, there are some specific people who are of a certain nature, they would seem to be selfish & very harsh, you would assume they look down to everyone & the last thing they would ever do is something nice for anyone… until they disappoint you. This is when these sweet, little gestures are even more appreciated, more touching & have a great impact on you.. because they were least expected from these people.. and so you are left bewildered with happiness, with a longer-lasting smile on your face..
Thank you AK for making my day more than once now.. & proving you are way more than what I have ever expected.. =)

Ofcourse there were other shoes oOzing with uniqueness by my two best buddies: Samsoomah & Pink Sushi.. *cheering & whistling*.. There were also other cool shoes & some.. errm.. weird ones lol *cough* Budda *cough*.. and the night was going well, packed with artists, reporters & visitors, chocolate fondue fountains & cute chuwawas lol
Too bad I didn’t have time to participate with anything.. but I did enjoy the reaction my friends got from others who were loving their work! *you go gurlz!* =D
