Since I got back I was immediately tossed back into the fast-flowing routine of my everyday life.. No unwinding, no settling down.. nothing! My bags are still due to be unpacked & my biological clock doesn’t seem to adjust to the +GMT04:00 timing of UAE.. I guess it just needs some time..
I did however, got to finally meet my favorite people (Pink Sushi still pending =P) whom I missed so greatly.. That is a must even before unpacking!! lol
Just when I thought it wouldn’t get any funnier.. the Simpsons show is now going to be shown in Arabic!! Yes, you heard me, aaand in an Egyptian accent too! lol I caught the Ad while I was flipping channels on TV.. I think its going to come out in Ramadan.. The Simpsons somehow was converted to Aal Shamshons!! looooool & apparently Homer is called Omar in the show! lol
Anyways, for those who were wondering, yes my short break was spent in vibrant Hong Kong and oh-so-worth-every-minute!! It was so alive, fun and so full of stuff to see.. Here are just a few shots.. & more to share in the coming updates!
