[craving: More exciting news]

Before anything: Happy Birthday to Emaratiano, my beloved sis, my precious mummy & LoLo.. love you all forever & ever.. and I am glad you are all in my life.. ow Allah y7fa’6kom 7aggy ameeeeeen

A week ago, I was about to update, but decided to do it 5 mins later.. & now.. 5 mins turned to more than a week later because of a 101 reasons lol
Anyways, if you happen to visit Dubai’s Ibn Battuta Mall, then you mussst check the yummiest ice-cream place ever: The Marble Slab Creamery, next to the cinema.. where you can have your very own personalized ice-cream! *slurrrp*

The shop from outside..

Pick your cone..

then any two flavors of ice-cream..

then get it mixed with any two goodies to choose from including various chocolates, fresh fruit pieces & even cookie doughs.. alot of choices where you can go wild! ;)

then watch all your ingredients be combined manually infront of you..

& finally served in the cone of your choice with whatever topping you like.. =D *slurrrrrp!*

The friendly staff of Marble Slab who couldnt help not gather infront of my camera for a happy shot! =D lol
Like I said.. highly recommended! ;)
Next, part II of the Hong Kong summer, click below to view the album:

Hope you enjoyed the photos.. though they seem to be a few shots, but they took forever to sort out.. >_<

stupid tv ads

[mood: weird]
[craving: a looong run]

Ever notice how stupid TV ads have become nowadays in the Arabic channels? I mean there are alot of good ones, but double that number of bad, silly ones.. Like yesterday, the latest Tefal cooking pan ad was on.. & it made me think “What the hell was that?!” O_o
Basically it shows a woman busy cooking, chopping onions & some vegetables, while she’s in tears because of all the onion-chopping.. Then she looks at the pan, *lightbulb! she has a bright idea!*, she moves her face closer to all that chopped onion – supposedly to trigger more tears.. then moves her face over on top of the pan.. and you watch as a tear rolls down her cheek & on to the pan where it sizzles.. showing the magic & effeciency of an already hot, bring-the-food-on Tefal pan.. and just suddenly you see a fresh uncooked piece of meat plop onto that same pan (right after the tear) and starts sizzling.. & so the ad ends.. leaving you with a disturbed thought of having a steak being served to you with a flavor of human tears.. X_x
Ok it may not sound that gross, but the concept is senseless.. & knowing how alot of people are like sheep in a herd immitating everything they see.. especially when it is gracefully shown to them & introducing a new hand-free way to test if cooking pans are ready.. it brainstorms a 101 thoughts in your head..
Another one of smash-that-tv-screen-right-now ads is the whole series of Danow drink.. I wouldn’t even go into that, but hearing a “MAFEE DANAAAAW?!” at the end of the ad is already enough to introduce a new screaming line for kids, ofcourse not to mention that whole concept of the ad is again senseless..
Ok enough ad attacking from my side.. I just had a little steam & had to let it out somewhere..

Anyway, here is a super-easy method to enjoy a refreshing drink, all you need is: a blender, a full tray of ice, water & Tang or Vimto (I recommend Mango Tang!).Mix all together in the blender (remember you need ALOT of ice) until smooth and slushy.. then serve in a glass.. Now you’ve got a yummy slush to enjoy! ;)

That’s all for now.. look for Hong Kong part II soon! ;)

[mood: nauseous]
[craving: nothing]

Yesterday morning, I experienced one of the most disturbing sights that no one would ever imagine.. I thought I was over it, but was proved wrong when it haunted me again at night through unpleasant nightmares.. (>_<") I will not talk about it, but I'm hoping it can just get erased from my memory eventually..
Trying to move away from the topic.. finally I managed to squeeze a few photos from Hong Kong into an album.. & yes it took forever, yes it's not easy trying to choose a few shots from 1000s to share, & yes there is a part II.. In the mean time, click below to enjoy:

I was never fond of how I displayed these images, but I am also too lazy to think of creating a different layout.. Maybe one day.. maybe..
That’s all for now.. until next update… ;)
[Final whisper: Don't forget to fast Monday tomorrow..]
