What would you do, if someone you know, you see regularly, hear from often.. disappears suddenly.. leaving no news about them.. nothing.. you would wonder.. you would ask.. you would think of all the places they are in.. what they’re doing.. would you give them the benefit of the doubt? Or would you create all sorts of negative reasons of why they left without a trace.. especially if you know they are ok.. and out there.. Where are you???

A quick Friday recipe.. 1..2..3..

First pick a hard, green mango off a tree..

Remove off skin.. and start cutting it..

Cut into small strips, add salt.. and viola! A salty-tongue-hugging summer snack..! Its the season of mangos.. enjoy ‘em while they last!
